Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. As tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by Event Ticket Source. Online orders placed after 5 PM PST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

Event Ticket Source will make every effort to fill your ticket order as quickly as possible. In some cases, the tickets you are ordering were recently purchased and have not yet been printed and shipped to us from the appropriate ticketing agency, venue, or broker. Since we are typically dependent on other entities to deliver tickets to us in a timely fashion, Event Ticket Source reserves the right to fill your order up to the week of the event and will only guarantee delivery 48 hours before an event. Upon receipt of the tickets we will ship them to you as soon as possible. Event Ticket Source reserves the right to upgrade or replace tickets with equivalent or better seats if tickets are not in stock.

Online Ticket Ordering Policy

If you wish to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address you must complete a fax authorization form. This will include a photo copy of your credit card, drivers license and signature. Event Ticket Source requires this for your security and to protect you against unauthorized use of your credit card. We require your signature to confirm both your order and that you are an authorized user of the credit card that was used to place the on-line order. The process works as follows:

• An ETS representative will call you to confirm your order by phone.

• Your representative will fax or e-mail you our authorization form.

• You will sign and fax back to us the authorization along with a front and back copy of your credit card and drivers license, or other picture ID. The purpose of this is so that we can compare the signatures on the back of the credit card with the picture ID and the fax so that we know your card is not stolen, and that you are the authorized user of the card.

Ticket Availability

Some seats that appear on our Web site are not stocked by Event Ticket Source. Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.

Event Ticket Source reserves the right to cancel any order or request in the event of any of the following:

• Non-confirmed orders

• Exact seating requests that are unavailable

• If there are sudden, drastic changes in market value

• Section errors / pricing errors

Technical Issues

It is always advisable to call to confirm any Web transaction, (877-ETS-6500) because Event Ticket Source cannot be held responsible for technical "break downs" (firewall or server issues) on the part of the purchaser or a service provider such as AOL or Yahoo.

Additional information

Once tickets are confirmed as delivered they cannot be replaced. We will confirm shipments in question via tracking or delivery confirmation information. Tickets cant be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. This applies to any Event Ticket Source.Com website order only. Any shipping charges are not refundable. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not be issued. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.

All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.

Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by Event Ticket Source to group seats according to requested quantity.

Event Ticket Source is not responsible for changes or errors in the seating layouts. Venues change seating layouts frequently and seating charts are not always 100% accurate or labeled completely. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine seat location and if the view is going to be to your expectations before purchasing. All orders are non-transferable.

All orders will be shipped via Fed-ex. Delivery time will be based on the service selected by the buyer during checkout. All shipping rates are as listed. Absolutely no in person pickups allowed.
